Criteria for requesting a grant or advice

  • The site is associated with a building of special architectural or historic interest
  • The site contains features of special importance to Hampshire, which it is desirable to preserve or restore
  • Public access to the site, either at particular times or by special arrangement, can be assumed
  • The recipient undertakes, where the Trust considers it necessary, to enter into an agreement with the Trust to ensure the future maintenance of the site or its features of historic importance
  • The proposal contributes towards the educational objectives of the Trust
  • Any other circumstances as the Trust may from time to time decide
