The Hampshire Gardens Trust Research Group held a special event at the Hampshire Records Office in Winchester to officially launch their book ‘Humphry Repton at Herriard Park – Improving the Premises’. Joining members of the Research Group to celebrate the books launch were HGT Chairman, Ted Wake and several of the HGT Trustees, with other guests including David Livermore OBE, Chairman of the Hampshire Archives Trust, Mary Oliver from the Basingstoke Archaeological & History Society, Dr Jane Wheeler from the Hampshire Field Club & Archaeological Society and Crispin Drummond from PG Wells Bookshop in Winchester.
